Driving Corporate Innovation Across Malaysia

The BIG Programme is a 12-month open innovation initiative powered by Cradle and supported by the Ministry of Finance and MOSTI, designed to bridge Malaysia's leading corporations with startups and venture builders. GUIDE is a participating programme partner, bringing its cross-border venture expertise and startup curriculum to support corporate innovation within the BIG ecosystem.

The programme connects Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), Publicly Listed Corporations (PLCs), and MOF Inc. entities with proven startup solutions through two structured tracks: corporate-startup partnerships and corporate co-development. Participants benefit from a 1-to-1 matching grant of up to RM2 million, enabling innovation projects with direct commercial impact within 1–2 years.

The programme combines corporate venture training, curated startup matchmaking, grant facilitation, and on-ground execution support — designed for organisations seeking sustainable innovation with measurable business outcomes.

GUIDE participates in the BIG Programme as a venture builder and programme partner, contributing its startup curriculum, cross-border market expertise, and regional network to support corporations navigating the innovation process. GUIDE brings structured programme delivery and founder-facing experience to help BIG participants move from challenge definition to commercially viable outcomes.

Publicly Listed Corporations (PLCs) with revenue exceeding RM500 million, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), and MOF Inc. entities seeking to accelerate digital transformation, adopt emerging technologies, and build scalable innovation pipelines through startup collaboration.
